This is worth downloading and reading carefully because this background check applies to all Senior Living Community jobs and many Healthcare Industry jobs, which make up large part of the job market in many parts of Oregon.

Federal Bonding Program–
A Federal Bond offered to employers to hire a non-bondable individual.
Federal Bonding can cover job applicants denied (or potentially denied) commercial bonding due to:
- Arrest, conviction or imprisonment
- Alcohol or drug abuse
- Poor credit history
- No employment history
- Dishonorable discharge from the military
- Any other reason that make the job seeker “not bondable”
