- Access to exclusive NBJD Employer Database which 490+ local Employer Profiles including contact/address, hours, application instructions, resume drop-off policy, shifts, positions, wages, background check and drug test policies, and history of working with employees in recovery and/or with criminal history in their background from years of client and employer feedback
- On-Call Employment Assistance for your clients for up to 25 Hours per month billed in 15-minute increments
- NBJD has community contact with several local resource agencies which allows clients to access NBJD Employment Assistance remotely and at multiple locations as needed
- Building and maintenance of client document database including resumes, cover letters, reference letters, and certifications that can be accessed and updated whenever clients need them. The database is the foundation that builds the rapport and professional relationships with NBJD and each agencies clients and staff that is valuable for years to come
- Assistance in navigating criminal history from local court records to help clients apply for jobs that will most likely have positive outcomes
- Delivery of resumes and job search documents directly to clients as needed
